Yukon Gold is a classic waxy-fleshed yellow potato.  Oval, slightly flattened tubers with yellow skin and light yellow flesh can grow to significant size. Good for boiling baking, frying, and boiled.  Some susceptibility to hollow heart in good growing conditions.  Mid season variety with reliable performance and classic potato taste.
